MJET TO TAKE PART IN JET EXPO 2011

After 3 consecutive years of participation at Russia’s biggest exhibition dedicated to business aviation, MJET is glad to announce that it will be exhibiting at Jet Expo 2011, which will be held this year between September 14th and 16th.

For the first time in its history, the Jet Expo exhibition and static display will be both situated at Vnukovo-3 Business Aviation Center. It is this year when Jet Expo and Vnukovo-3 companies met a unanimous decision that the exhibition should take place at an unified site.

Since the end of Jet Expo 2010 last year, MJET is glad to announce the addition of 3 brand new business jets to its AOC in the last 12 months (a second long-range G450, a second super-mid-size G200 and a second midsize Hawker 900XP), the approval for Low Visibility Operations (CAT II and CAT IIIa) and EFB (Electronic Flight Bag), as well as the addition of two new operational bases in Central Europe and CIS respectively.

In addition, two MJET-operated aircraft will be present at the static display. A 19-seats Fokker 100 Executive Jet will be available for viewing during the first day of the show (Wednesday, Sep. 14), while a second one will replace it during the second day.

MJET FLIES ITS SECOND HAWKER 900XP

As of today, MJET’s AOC is updated following the registration of a brand new Hawker 900XP business jet. The previously announced addition of a second midsize jet to its fleet marks an important event in the company’s development, as this is the tenth bizjet currently managed by the Austrian operator. The new aircraft will be based in Central Europe.

Throughout 2010, MJET was responsible for the delivery of 3 brand new business jets on behalf of various customers, followed by another 2 aircraft in the first half of 2011.

In terms of utilization, at the end of June 2011 the company has registered a 12 months increase of 88% in flown hours, after a 100% increase in 2010 compared to 2009.

ANOTHER GULFSTREAM G200 FOR MJET

The year 2011 starts with another brand new addition. One year after the first new Gulfstream G200 joined MJET’s fleet of managed aircraft, the operator is pleased to announce the delivery of a second G200 and its immediate enrolment in its Austrian AOC.

The new super-mid-size jet is the 5th Gulfstream bizjet under MJET’s management and the 4th new aircraft to join the company’s fleet in the last 12 months.
